As the Founder of Onfield Strategies, he partners with organizations to develop and execute premium strategies across marketing, product, merchandising, retail, and live experiences, helping brands translate vision into measurable business performance.

 

His background includes leadership roles with Nike, adidas, Fanatics, and The Coca-Cola Company, where he has led large-scale business strategies, owned P&L performance, built cross-functional teams, and delivered multi-market retail and product initiatives. His work is grounded in a disciplined approach to storytelling, margin optimization, and a deep understanding of the consumer.

Marcus operates at the intersection of brand, product, and execution, working closely with partners to simplify complex challenges, align teams, and bring ideas to market. His focus is on creating strategies that don’t just exist on paper, but perform in real-world environments, driving both revenue and meaningful consumer connections.
